- Photos of the product (if applicable)
3.2 Return Authorization
Once we receive your return request, we will review it and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved. You must include this RA number with your return shipment.
3.3 Shipping the Return
After receiving authorization, please ship the product to the address provided in your return authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment.

4. Refund Processing
4.1 Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
4.2 Refund Amount
The refund amount will include:
- The purchase price of the returned product(s)
- Original shipping costs (if the return is due to our error or a defective product)
The refund amount will NOT include:
- Return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error)
- Any discounts or promotional amounts that may have expired
5. Non-Returnable Items

6. Defective or Damaged Products

11. International Returns
